Telling the Next Generation the Glorious Deeds of the Lord (Psalm 78:4)
We believe children are a blessing from God. As parents, we delight in the joy that Children bring, but we are also aware of our responsibility to “bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4). That’s a big job that, at times, can seem overwhelming. But God is faithful to provide all that is needed to help us accomplish this task, and one of the primary means He uses is the church. Our children’s ministry is designed to help you establish and nurture the faith of your children. Our goal is to provide God-centered, Bible-saturated, gospel-focused instruction that displays the glorious character and work of God. Although we work with children, our desire is to serve you, the parent. The priorites of Children's Ministries are:
Awana - Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 P.M.
Junior Church - Sundays, 10:00-10:45 A.M.
Nursery - Sundays, 9:30-12:00 P.M.
Sunday School - Sundays, 11:00-12:00 P.M.
Meeting on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 during Fall into Spring our Awana program is open to all children grades K-5. We have music, games, lessons, and “book time” when children memorize Bible verses.
Coming alongside of parents in the discipleship of their children is something we take serious as a church. Using curriculum from Great Commission Publications and New Tribes Missions our teachers faithfully serve our kids on Sundays from 11:00-12:00 P.M.
Beginners (Age 3-PreK)
Middlers (Grades K-1)
Middlers (Grades 2-3)
Junior 4 (Grade 4)
Junior 5 (Grade 5)
During the summer we run Day Camps for elementary aged children. Each camp has its own theme that will interest all sorts of kids.
We encourage families to worship together, but also understand how some children may benefit from an age-appropriate lesson during the worship service. Junior Church is available for children ages 3-5 during the sermon.
Open on Sundays during the Sunday Service and Sunday School, our nursery provides a safe space for children up to age 36 months. It is staffed by friendly volunteers who are eager to serve families that would benefit from childcare. The nursery may also be open by other ministries and during various events at other times. Check with the coordinator of those ministries for more information.
